Precise / Safir Signings

Phone goes to Voice Mail, mail box is full, they won't reply to either email address provided. Haven't been paid since July 2, 2012. Anyone else have this problem or know of a way I should proceed to get paid. The closing was done for Emerald Credit Union.

Who is Precise? Is that the name of the TC? Safir has always worked with Genuine Title from what I remember. In any case, contact the TC to ask for assistance in getting paid. If that doesn't work, I then usually file complaints against TC and SS with the Bureau of Insurance and Secretary of State in the state they are located, for failiure to fulfill contractual obligations in a real estate transaction.

They are now working under Precise Signings LLC. When she called me, I would swear she said Precision, which is well rated (and great to work with). And, of course, checked out great in SS.

Took threat of a lawsuit to get my money. Scumbags, the lot of them.

I got in contact with Jay Zukerburg from Geniune Title, who Kosty Safir is now no longer work for, and I threaten to contact Maryland Commission Board if he doesnt send my payment to me in 24hrs.
well I got a my check the next day with no questions or delay. Woo hoo Merry Christmas to me!
