Quicken Loan

Perhaps Quicken is spreading the wealth? Had a Quicken Loan yesterday. TC was Old Republic Title and SS was Notary Public Network.

I love working with Ginger at NPN. She meets my fee, no hand-holding and pays within 3 weeks.

Seems to me you're contradicting yourself. You say you "always deal directly with the Source, never a 3rd party." If you ever work with a SS, you ARE working with a 3rd party. And, according to some of your earlier posts, you do work with SS -- recent post was about working with Now Closings.

Or, did I misunderstand?
