Replying to PM

I need to respond to to a pm. But when I hit reply, it makes me open a new window and the person I am replying to is not there. Please help. Maybe I am missing something.

I got your PM, but when I hit reply, I have to open a new window or tab and it says: Click here to select a recipient:

So it doesn't automatically let me reply to the person that sent me the PM. Does that make sense.

I can't amagine what I am doing wrong.

You open the PM and read it. At the bottom there is a reply button. You depress the button and it says: select the recipient? It does not just open a window with the recipient and a new Memo type form? That is what you are saying. You have a PC. right?

Yes, I just went on another computer that doesn't have Norton 360 and I was able to reply. I guess that answers my question. I am not sure how to fix that issue though.

I agree; will never use Norton again.

I had a major headache years ago when I tried to upgrade it from simple virus protection. Switched to ESET NOD 32 which I've been using for several years (on two laptops now), which I'm very happy with. It runs very efficiently and starts quickly (which was key on my old laptop) and seems to do a great job of protecting the system.

I would say you had a bad experience. I got sick on orange juice once. I never drank another screwdriver.
