Service Link in Pa.
I did two closings for Service Link out of Pa. One closing was on June 21st and the other was completed on July 7th. I have not received my fee for either of these closings. There were no problems with the paperwork. I have written several emails to Vendor Billing and as of yet I have not gotten any response from them. When accepting the first assignment, I was told by Lisa Kidder I would be paid within 20 days after the loan closed. In the paperwork they sent to me the fee would be paid in 45 to 60 days. Well it has been now 99 days... The second assignment has been 69 days. Still nothing back from Vendor Billing. Just an FYI about this company!!

Generally, you need to snailmail them an invoice on the 1st of the month for all signings completed last month. You must use 'their invoice form'. Then they pay about the 20th of the month. Tho', they do have other methods for payment, depending on "I know not what". Send me a PM with your personal e-mail and I'll send you a PDF of their invoice form.

They also have directions to close out your appointments on their website and submit for payment online. After submitting the invoice I usually have my payment within a week or so. I will say they have changed their billing method quite a few times and it's hard to keep up. The confirmation page usually says which method of billing to use - there is one that specifically says not to use the online system. Just have to make sure you read the instructions. ~Melissa~

Call vendor management they will help you thru the system. I've never waited more then 30 days for payment, you haven't complied with their procedures.

Also some files require you to invoice them online. Contact the processor on your confirmation to find out how you should invoice for the file you closed.

I do a lot of business with Service Link each month and I always get paid. There is a method to all the madness in regard to the billing procedures, but once you get it down, you will have no problems. If you would like to call me I can walk you through the procedures and I can send you the informational sheets I have received from Vendor Billing.

I really like SL - they meet my fee and pay on time. Most of the time I get called a week or so in advance - which is really nice! I have 5 from SL on the books through next Thursday. I'll do as many as I can for them! Lenders on these are CitiBank, BoA and JPMorgan.

Most are invoiced online now
Did you submit your online invoice?
For ServiceLink/National Link (orders beginning with a 2 or 3) login to servicelinkfnf.com (login is your vendor ID, password is your vendor ID plus 2-digit state abbreviation).
For Vision docs (orders beginning with a 1) Log into the web site, use the "former ATM Vendors login here" button, and use the "enter an e-invoice" tab. Use the same user ID and password as above.
Hope this helps.
Jackie Balser in the vendor management office is very, very helpful.
