I am so ticked off, another bad deal. CHASE wants to impose all these free extras here is idea do your f@!king job right and there would not be a need for us to jump through hoops because of the bad jobs your LO's do and the lack of communications. I swear they are pushing out crap and hoping it sticks to the wall.
Today's deal, borrower knew he had to put out X amount, well X amount was 4x's what he was told. No one from CHASE or Title called him to explain why and how much needed the man was upset and no customer service.
