And they have 4 and 5 star ratings on SC? WOW. Notaries working for peanuts. Seriously, are you that desperate? Do you realize that these guys make money off your hard work while sitting comfortably behind a desk? What bothers me the most though is that, while keeping companies like that in business, you also make it harder for some of us notaries to make a decent living out of it. What a shame.

one 5 star appears to be a rating from themselves...

was their request of you for a full loan signing? hard to imagine anyone would rate a company above 1 star for $50 loan signings. imo

This was an application signing for a reverse loan. No notarization needed. All it required was to pickup docs from borrower and bring them to FedEx. Notary is then guaranteed first right of refusal for actual loan signing when ready. Total for both is $175. Please read directions before posting negatives. Thank you
