I get quite a few Chase (JPMC) from Title Source.

I used to get these on rare occasion from Title Source, but it now seems FASS may be doing most of them. (See threads throughout the last few days regarding FASS's online webinar and test for JP Morgan Chase closings.)
(Personally, I haven't worked with FASS in many years, so can offer no opinion about working for them, except that they apparently didn't want to pay what I charge.)

It depends if they are bank owned properties, refi's. Each division I believe uses their own. Not one set SS. Seller determines the title company, and if bank owed, they get farmed to SS that just deal with foreclosures.

Bulk of my CHASE deals come from Title Source and Independent Title companies. The ones from TS I fear everyone because there always issues and reaching the LO is next to impossible. About 50% close on first time the others are re-scheduled after issues ironed out.

I get the bulk of my Chase closings from FASS and Title Source. On occasion, I get them from one of the many signing services I contract with.
