I got that email, as well.

It's just a junk spam from a company trying to sell signing agents a list of signing company contacts.

My guess is that the list probably just was mined from the same place they got the list of notaries. The site is just a free site setup to make quick money...and the domain is anonymous. I wouldn't even bother. Complete junk mail.
