two down the drain already (CHASE deals)
At least the canceled before paper work printed and trip made or waiting all day for nothing.

Same here. Crazy day so far. Had a Chase for this morning that's not working out. Two cancellations already. Lenders are wishy washy today. No sooner do they book the appointment and then I hear they can't get the docs out in time. So I may have some stragglers rescheduled for tommorow.

This am is slow for me, however I have quite a few for this afternoon/evening, I have docs for all of them but 1. And that one is at 5:30. I have 3 prior to that all with docs.

All my Chase are thru TS and 50% of them ultimately cancel. Not taking them at month end any more since it really messes me up.

Sorry to hear that Michael. I hope the rest of the day goes better for you and all the remainder of your closings go smoothly.
Here's wishing everyone a good EOM day!

I was told to show up at 9 this morning at Chase Bank regardless of whether OR NOT the docs were E-Doc'd to me.
I showed up without docs - Chase bank managers said the docs were coming but the borrower had to get to work so appointment will be re-scheduled.
I hate getting up at 6:30 (to check for docs - only to find none) and then have the appointment cancelled after driving there.
What is with Chase that they are having so many issues?

I had two Chase deals cancel recently, through two different SS. For one, I was told to go to the bank (which is a 20 mile drive from my home office) and meet without a confirmation. There was no BO phone number available. I found a number on the 1003 and when talking with them, realized they were out of state for the present and not going to be in the area for a while. I always require a confirmation before I blindly go to meet, unless I am guaranteed a no-show or no-sign fee, regardless of the possibility of a re-schedule. BTDT!

Would never do that for that company
Unless I was paid my hourly rate for each trip and wait time.
