Had a call from Lola this morning for an edoc signing on Friday at 1:00 approximately 6 miles away for a "regular refi", 1 signer for $85 with partial fax-backs. Quoted her my base edoc fee of $125. With surprise in her voice, she asked, "that's with fax-backs?" I said that's correct. Proceeded to ask what she considered "partial fax-backs." Oh ... about 20-30 pages. Okay. That brings my fee to $140.
She'll have to get that approved.
