Bank of America refi package for TX
So, I'm prepping docs for signing this evening - SO glad I have the time to do so. There are 10 notarizations and practically every one of them requires a loose California-compliant certificate be attached. All but 2 of those 10 are Jurats. Makes for an already large package to be slightly larger.
Is this the norm for TX properties?
Investment property in TX; lender in MO; TC in PA; borrowers in CA

Yoli,
I have had up to 21 for a Texas refi. Those are not BofA.

Seems to me to be the norm regardless of who the lender is for Texas properties. I generally write the full document name on all replaced notary certs, then again in my journal - and it seems like Texans like their doc names big, too! Agree that doc prep can be very time consuming for some of those big packages.
"Investment property in TX; lender in MO; TC in PA; borrowers in CA"
LOL!! Sounds like a killer combination...
