Dick Brockman arrangements
The original message has moved on another page in this forum, so am posting here for those who wanted to know. Those who are in Wisconsin, visitation is at St Alberts The Great in Sun Prairie Thursday 4pm until 8pm and again on Friday 10am until 11 followed by the funeral and full military burial. His daughter said in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Richard Brockman Memorial Fund at Associates Bank in Sun Prairies (I have asked her for info on the Memorial fund) If anyone wants to send a sympathy card send me a PM and I will give you the address to send to. (am heading for bed now, but will reply tomorrow)

Don't know what we, in WI, would do without you Sylvia. I kind of chuckled when you came up with his age and marvel at your memory. He told me his age several yrs ago, when he was 81. He was laughing at me when I was telling him about my life long terrible memory. I was 46 for 2 yrs. One year I thought I was 46 and the next I actually was after one of my daughters did the math. To me it was a non issue because it was pick a number and a busy life. It didn't matter. Our discussion also centered on that very fact. What does it matter if you are doing what you want to to and doing it well? Also, realtors are notorius for having a hard time retiring. To my knowledge, he was still actively licensed as a broker and training/mentoring agents in his old brokerage which he sold several yrs ago. I do remember being relieved at turning 40 and it was no big deal. Nothing changed.

Zana, I have been 21 for so many years now I have to think what my real age is (Even my mother would send me a card every year saying "Happy 21st" LOL But, age is just a state of mind
