Know the theme has been monkey suit, but I thought

I would share this one. I worked for a real estate attorney who would arrive at the closing table with his cape, top hat and magic wand. Anything to get the deal closed, and ease tensions. Also, gave all the ladies in attendance orchids grown in his greenhouse.
