FHA E-Docs question?
So i'm doing my second FHA closing, and I printed out a total of 115 pages, and about half of wich are duplicate copies,(and it was the same thing with my FHA loan last week, 115 pages with duplicate copies) I know when I do a refi, I print out around 120 pages none of wich are duplicates, then I print out another copy for the borrower,
So my question is does FHA loans typically have less pages?

Generally speaking, FHA or VA loans have more pages, since
there is the HUD/VA Application addendum, and other forms unique to gov. insured loans. When in doubt, always call your hiring party immediately with any questions regarding docs. In this biz, like any other, it's not good to assume anything. I always make sure I have the HUD, Note, DOT, TIL, RTC's, other lender docs, and title docs. That's at least a mental checklist.
