HARP extended through 2015; this should aid refis

1. More HARP deals will happen;
2. Market continues to stabilize and there will be more traditional refis out there.

I'd heard it would be extended. It's really helping in

the current market, which is exactly what it's designed to do. I've also heard that low rates will hold for a while, too. Good news all the way around for the public & for us in this biz. ;-)
