HELOC Signing

Has anyone did a HELOC Signing, I"m getting ready to do my first one, what do I need to watch out for.

Read your instructions. If it's a Wells Fargo, only black ink is acceptable. Just go through it before you meet with the client and identify all the areas that need to be signed and notarized by you. HELOCS are becoming more and more common place again.

I agree, Cheryl. I hadn't seen any for several years, but I've had maybe a half dozen or so just in the past few weeks.
