Help! I need to fax 160 pages

I need your advice. I need to fax 160 pages tomorrow.

Does any body have ideas as to a fast method to do this?

Many thanks

Scan and e-mail is your best best..

I, personally, wouldn't have agreed to a job requiring that unless I was being paid VERY handsomely.

Scanning is going to be your fastest bet IMO

Thats crazy!I hope you aren't faxing back an entire loan pkg. If so I hope your charging extra $$$$.
Do you have a fax machine? how about a scanner? Maybe you can scan them into a file and just email them. Otherwise you may want to subscribe to a fax service or go to fedex/kinko's.

Just my 2 cents.

Re: Even if you have a MFC with an auto

doc feeder and even if you are using an email fax service you will still have to break it into files of about 35 pages (depending on your doc feeder) and it will take a while to send through. It is worth $25 to do it but if not negotiated up front probably too late. I always ask if there are fax backs. I had one at about 160 pages - what a job.

I wouldn't do that volume of faxback for less

than an additional $75 - plus a package of 160 pages incurs an additional print fee too...so my bottom line minimum fee for a 160 page signing with full package fax/scanback would be $225....minimum.

BTW, I have an Epson scanner with 75 page adf - so I'd have to do 3 parts. I'd still charge bunches for this..

It is very difficult to fax that many pages. If you must fax, you are better off scanning the package and making sure that your pages are all intact. You can then fax the image using pc fax. I had to send back an entire package yesterday with 216 pages. I scanned 30pgs with 8 sets. I combined into one 14 meg. package and sent it using google docs and gmail. Took 5 seconds to email. I got an extra fee for the time and effort, but thank God you only have to do this once in a while. (investment property). I would not have the time to do this on a regular basis.

If someone slips that on me I give them a choice. I will fax back after my day is done 9:00pm or so, or I will drop now and they can have them back tomorrow morning. They always choose tommorw morning.... Try it next time.
