New "pricing"?
Have no idea...the old "pricing" didn't work for many of us, so we have no idea about the new pricing. Would you care to elaborate on the new "pricing" so that some of us understand what you're referring to? And, are you referring to "pricing" as a fee schedule?

Re: New "pricing"?
$50/overnight; $75/edocs; $85/edocs & faxbacks. Mostly Quicken, they say, but don't seem to guarantee that little detail. And they'll do the cattle call thing. I don't think so.

They always offer low, but most times they agree to my fee.

They usually meet my fee as well but there is no way to do that under their new way of doing things...

They told me I was not eligible for the program unless I agreed to accept their fee for all lenders (not just Quicken). Of course I can't do that. I wonder if they will be able to keep Quicken as a client if they exclusively use the cheap notaries. Of course, a Quicken package is fairly difficult to screw up, but I'm sure some will find a way!
