For several months I was very busy with LSI, and all of a sudden it's

We used to do A LOT for them and I have hardly heard from them in the past few weeks! I love working with them!

Me too! I was very busy with them consistently for at least a year, now I don't hear from them at all!
I called and spoke to a couple of people who told me that there is a drastic slowdown and to hang in there.
I hope to receive volume very soon, it's never been this quiet.
