LSI
How can I reach their vendor management dept? They have slacked on calling me big time. I haven't done anything that I am aware of or they never notified me. I want to get back in their good graces!!! Thanks for any info you can give me!!

I haven't been getting the calls from them either. I've also wondered if I've done something wrong in their eyes. will you please let me know if you have any success with this?!

Have you gotten their background check from their required vendor? If not, that could be the problem.

Their schedulers call the least priced Notary first. Someone is doing closings in your area for less money and is getting all the calls. Same thing happened to me until their cheapest Notary bailed on them and now I get 6 to 10 deals a month consistently.

PA_Notary_II absolutely right!
June 2011, I moved to my current location, just north of Sacramento, CA, from the East Bay of the Oakland-San Francisco area. All my customers were notified of new address within a week.
Haven't worked with LSI since the move. They used to call me frequently and pay a minimum of $125.
Obviously, this area has notaries accepting lower fees.

That would make sense! I used to close at least 15 a month for them. Hoping the lowballer near me bails on them soon!

That is absolutely not true. It all depends on who the scheduler is for your particular area.

They are still calling me. I get calls from all different schedulers with all different FL phone numbers. However, I am also having frequent problems with LSI jobs getting canceled or getting rescheduled. Had one cancel today (I found out when I called borrower to confirm the appointment) and I have another one for them in less than an hour and no docs. I will not be waiting around all night for docs.

They're dropping their fees, big time.
Today they told me, "For your area the base fee is from $85 to $100 MAX and that includes EDOCS."
And this is for assignments that are 40-60 miles away.

I was told that their system can't accommodate any fees above $100 any longer but then when I told them I wasn't going to do four signers for that fee, they were able to allow a higher fee. Hmmmmmmm

I don't think it's a matter of fees. I Have 4-5 closings a month at higher than $100 and I don't even have to ask for it.
