I have the 4300 - bought a toner through

inkjetstar.com - cost me $84.99 -

Found them later on amazon for $30-$40 - but they're good for 18000 pages

are you saying that the Amazon ones were good for 18,000 pages?

13000 I think..

but still - 13000 for $30 X 3 (39000) - $90

vs

one for $84.99 for 18000 pages

Get the HP 4350 and get the toner from www.Inktechnologies.com

2 high yield cartridges 300 dpi are $94 delivered, overnight to your door.

R E L I A B L E!!!!!!!!

I think they exceed factory fresh toner.

Take a look at www.suppliesoutlet.com . Been buying toner from them for a couple of years and never a problem. Looks like they cost about $40 each for 12,000 page cartridge.

I agree that you should get the 4300 or 4350 tn or dtn. The newer the better, and hope that they did a good job refurbishing it.

I have had problems with some toners from the companies mentioned & have now purchased Xerox brand from Supermediastore. Rated at 33000 copies & $80.97 with free shipping. I am tired of shipping back defective toners to these reputable companies which will replace or credit, but it is not worth the aggravation, packing, etc.

It is not fun to install a "fresh" toner only to find that it is defective.

I agree Art...my printer didn't come with toner

so I had to order one - when I got everything up and running now I had to deal with horrible print quality - now, was it the toner or did I get a bad printer? I started with the toner first, knowing what I'd read here many times over the years. Thankfully that was the fix.

I love this 4300 - might just look to add memory so it can accommodate the two sizes of paper a little faster...but I'm thrilled with both the printer AND the support from the toner dealer - inkjetstar.com

My printer is coming with 5 cartridges. My tech guy is picking it up for me. He will test it and probably install it for me remotely before i even get it. Yes, he is in Skokie, IL and i am near Phoenix.

Q1338J, 30,000 copies from the Inkjetsuperstore.com, $84.50. Never had a problem with these guys, either for my HP4200tn nor my HP1320tn.
