Looks like EOM will be a last minute deal

Only a handful this week, had to turn down a few because of other commitments. Already had two pushed off from this week till May 1st.

Yes it looks the same here in AZ. Not looking forward to those last minutes ones that cancel because no docs or "I did not know I had an appointment today, I can't sign today". I only had 6 cancel or reschedule this month, so far!

Yep. Only 2 companies have inquired for EOM. Both still have to agree to my fee.

Slow for me too - getting lots of calls for 50-60 when I say xxx they tell they have several people in Ocean Co - doing 50-60 signings - FASS is now only offering 50.00 they were paying xxx. I swear - I do not understand how anyone taking 50 for a signing is making more than 10.00 an hour if that after all expenses and taxes.

Tons of bottom feeders in Ocean and Monmouth County

Thank god I have built in clients over the last 11 years. But even they have lowered the fees over the years.

Just turned down one that offered 100 for deal now it's 75- gave my fee and got the whole need to get it approved. Ok..

When it is slow fees go down and the sharks swarm.

The only time I have had to insist on my fee in response to a lower one I gave a really good explanation as to why and she called me back saying she approved the fee. I explained that I was not 'on my way' to another location and would be making a special trip. It sounded reasonable to her.

Only a handful here as well. Nothing so far for Friday and that is shocking me. Got a call on Monday for a closing today, told them I would accept and they took it as a NO. So pissed bc I really needed that closing. Slowest month since I started this business.
