DO NOT ACCEPT orders from this company. I have been doing closings and signings for years and have never experienced anything like this. I have been requesting payment for over a year for orders. I just received payment for orders from March, May, June, and July of 2012!!! I have sent their requested Proof of Service multiple times via US Mail, PDF versions, and FedEx (at my own expense). I acquired the owners name (Marc Greco) with no assistance from the "office manager" who's name also just so happened to be Marc thinking that I would be able to get resolution. The owner put me on hold and requested that I email the same accounting department I have been emailing since last year!!! Please save yourself some time and a whole lot of extra drama. DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS from this company.

Herein lies the true value of Signing Central.

Now start to use it before doing the job - if you don't see what you expect of a good company, give the job back. Tell them:
"I regret that I will not be able to take this assigned contract."

Then walk away knowing that you have saved yourself a lot of time and effort.
