N3 Notary Public...caution

This co. has been around for a while...a phone call from them states 10-years in business...I cannot understand how? They have a one-star rating in NR from as recently as 3/2013 and back to 2009.

At any rate, they are recruiting again...check NR for details of problems. There are two companies with similar names, both in Portland OR; neither has a sterling record. jer/oh
