Outlook email acct.

I hope someone can help with this I would appreciate it very much ,I have alot of docs to print this afternoon and this just started happening today.
My hotmail account was converted over to Outlook and at first no problem.
Now I cannot see the pdf attachment to print out the docs. The attachment pops up and then
disappears and only the download to zip shows but my computer won't allow me to to download
to zip. Help TIA!

Try the windows website for help & forum re your problem. If you are win8 or win7 they do address this somewhere; but you can also post the help question there; search the topic on the ms win online help. If you aren't using ms op system--dunno

I have my own private domain. If I felt there was an issue in receiving email, I would use one of my private email addresses to receive email until the problem was resolved. Note, I did not say to use a gmail, yahoo, or other email account - unless that would work better. This is why I have more than 2 email addresses.

I dislike the new outlook. I have the same. Try clicking the pdf..to 'open'. When it opens, I can save mine to desktop or my docs and print from there. Being a newbie, i have not had large pdf's Let me know if this works when you get back from you signings.

Maybe it isn't online Outlook, may be it is FireFox, if that is your browser. It used to be when you downloaded a document, there would be a separate window with the list of downloads. But now there is a little downward-pointing arrow in the upper right corner of the screen; it is grey if you haven't downloaded anything recently, and it is green if you have. Click on that arrow and you will see a list of your downloads.

Thanks everyone for the help. I was playing around with some buttons
and was able to retrieve my Pdf's again Yeah. Don't ask me what I pushed
I have notta clue.
