I am waiting for a check as well. I've been told twice that they will process and send. We shall see. Please post if you hear anything from them.

I received payment for a January signing just yesterday which took 86 days. The confirmation stated net 60 so I didn't begin sending emails until day 66. After being promised that the check was being sent "tomorrow" for 3 weeks, I asked for the date sent and the check number on the payment. Received a short somewhat rude reply that didn't answer my questions but they finally stopped lying to me and sent the payment.

I, too, am still waiting for two January signings that they haven't paid me for yet. I have made numerous phone calls, emails and invoices but nothing yet. I am very disappointed as they state in their mission statement they 'PAY PROMPTLY'. I guess we have a different interpretation of the work 'promptly'.
