Question on printing.

I am having a problem where some of my docs are all, or partially black. I switched cartridges, and still having the same problem. Could it be the drum? Thanks!

if it is on a few pages sounds like a driver problem, uninstall the driver and then reinstall it

I would check with the party that sent the file. One time I had pages that printed something completely different then what was displayed on the monitor., Woman at the title company open it up, look at it and said it looks fine to me. I said now try to print a certain page, she did and then said oh, I have never seen that before. I am ok with computers but never understood how something could print so completely differently then what was displaying on the monitor. Might be worth a try.
