Quicken Loans - JMT

Used to get a lot of Quicken loans with JMT - local in my town only. Now I'm getting call from other vendors including Title Source. Wonder what happened to JMT?

The other vendors offer more than JMT. Who would want to do a signing for $50?

I haven't heard from JMT in months. I was getting work directly from TS. But since January they haven't called. I get called by other vendors.
