Same here in my area of NJ!

Sunny and beautiful out. A little windy. Could enjoy working outside. But came down w a flu/bug on Easter! YUK! No energy and feeling crummy!

Yes this week is slow, but EOM ended with a flurry for me. I had to turn 2 down for tomorrow due to personal commitments which kills me. I am sure by next week my dance card will be filling up quickly. Good luck.

I have lost out on three due to jury duty I am required to serve on Thursday. I tried to get excused but they do not care that I am self employed and will forfeit income while serving.

First 5 days of each month are slow. I only have 5 for the entire week so far and I took off from Thursday till yesterday for a holiday break. Only missed a few appointments.

Re: SLOW! Calls starting to come in for this month. Had a

closing last week where I was hired for seller's docs and another NSA had buyer docs. She left before I arrived (docs were late on my end) and when she returned to sign off on something, she boasted she is closing 60 loans per month. I, personally, am not believing it. She is not willing to travel far and is in a saturated area with NSAs!

It always slows down . . .

It always slows down after the EOM. Everyone is busy processing the stuff we just sent in. Now is the time to do accounting, invoicing, filing, gardening, and major housecleaning. I find that I do 1/3 of my work before the 15th, and 2/3rds after the 15th.
