Service Link Bonus

I was pleasantly surprised yesterday, when in the mail I received a check for $40.00 and a lovely letter expressing their gratitude for a job well done. Apparently a borrower was very pleased and as a result they are "recognizing me for performing at a high level" "Because of my dedication to excellence and as a sign of their appreciation" they awarded me a bonus of $40.00 This is the first time in 13 years that I have ever received a "bonus" of any kind from any company. I thought I would share this with all of you.

I also got a check, I had to read that letter a couple of times and still didn't believe it until I seen this post.
I hope this becomes a trend with other companies....

Isn't it refreshing to be rewarded in this business? Maybe it's a new trend. Last year I received a $100 bonus from one of my clients, $40 last week from SL, and one of my LOs gave me $200 gift certificate to the salt caves in SB, which I'm going to do today! Two hours of pampering with massage and salt glow rub!

These bonuses come from Chase closings that you do. The borrower gets a survey 7-10 days after the closing and if they rate your service at a 9-10 you will get a $40 bonus. I went to a seminar for sl yesterday where they told us about this new bonus. Before leaving your closing you can say to the borrower that they will be receiving a survey and that if they were satisfied with your services to please give you a 9-10. The loan officers do the same thing. Hope this stays in place for a long time.
