Service Link Bonus Check

Has anyone ever gotten a check from Service Link as a bonus for performing outstanding customer service based on a borrower survey? I just got one in the mail today.....what a nice surprise.

Yep, my first in five years of doing this work! It was a nice surprise! Another reason I'm glad I work for ServiceLink, and not for the low fees for which some of my fellow notaries give SL a one-star or two-star rating. Of course, there are problems, every once in a while, with any company, but I'm very happy with SL. Once the pay process has been deciphered, it is actually easy to use and works well. One of the two locations pays me each Thursday, for all signings completed since the previous Thursday, so I get one check for multiple signings, just 3 to 10 days after the signings. Unfortunately, the other location of SL still pays once per month, for signings invoiced for the previous month. I can only hope it will convert to the better metho/system.

I got one as well! I think they are trying to distinguish themselves from some of the other larger agencies and this definitely supports letting us know we are doing a good job. I have been doing this for over 7 years now and this is the first that I have ever had this to happen. Very nice surprise!

I got a check yesterday too for $40.00 rather a nice surprise. Nice they are doing a seminar in Arizona. I'm in Michigan.

I was surprised when I received the envelope I thought it was thicker than normal! To my surprise was a bonus check with a very nice letter..I was thrilled..the money is nice but the thank you and recognition is even nicer! Sure made my day!

I got one also and wasn't expecting it. I tried to match it to my completed assignments and couldn't. I then read their attached letter and realized they were thanking me for good service. Well, thank you Service Link very much. You have moved to the top of my Arizona totem pole.

of these bums got one too. Very nice of them to do this for us. Like some of you I wondered what I was dinged for to end up with only $40 for a signing until I figured out it was a bonus!

I don't know about the others that recieved these checks but, mine showed which borrower did the survery. It is nice to get recognized for a job well done.
