I accepted a closing this morning from them. They said I would receive an email confirmation. It never came. Signing services should accept or reject at the time of the call. I was definitely shopped on this and they did not show me the courtesy of notifying me. Why bother?

That has not been my experience with them. Have you tried calling?

Not needed. Since my post I got a different order from another company for the same time period at a higher fee. Of course, I could confirm with Solution Star that I wasn't hallucinating when they called. LOL
