Spoke with TS rep about 3rd party scheduling

They say they are swamped with CHASE deals at this time. They farm out 90% of the Quicken deals now. Right now it's about a 5/2 with me (5 Chase/Wells Fargo 2 Quickens) I said a 3rd party called and offered alot less they pay me. Lets see if that will filter more Quicken loans my way.

Very thank full for them and another company for this months work, other wise it would be a very bad month.

I emailed vendor mgt at TS last week about the same issue.

I was advised they will continue to use 3rd party scheduling until they are not so swamped.

That is disappointing. I liked doing Quicken for TS but they have not called me since January. I had an acquaintance tell me last week that he repeatedly requested me as his notary for his Quicken loan signing which was scheduled for last Friday - I never got the call. I am surviving fine without TS but they were a nice, no hassle filler with the Quickens.

Yep. And I can't afford to. Too much travel time here.

Keep marketing alot, but I just don't seem to receive decent offers from any cos right now. Hope it picks up for me.

Talked with a Title Source scheduler today. I don't think "swamped" even touches what's going on there. She said they are scheduling 1,500 loans a day.

You read that figure right: 1,500.

I just talked with Vendor Management (Z. Thomas) and recommended 2 additional companies (they already have Negretes) with whom to contract as alternatives to the less reputable ones. I sure hope that with all this input they get the message!
