pretty standard. even two years ago, that's pretty much what they were running. charge extra....and when you do, they will stop calling you and then you won't have to deal with it and can move on to other more profitable business......

Yes, I do charge accordingly, but I just feel so sorry for the borrowers. It is gruling to sit and sign that long. Today I had one that was 245 pages. Borrowers hands were cramped by the time they were finished.
