Yesterday I submitted a request of help with my negotiation skills and I received many responses. They were all very supportive. I really will be doing more MARKETING so that I can get good work coming in. It seems that many people are very knowledgable of Equity Nationals policies when it comes to negotiating their fees and finding out that they will not budge. The responses also confirmed my suspisions that they have found someone else in my area that are willing to work at their fees, and they obviously don't realize that eventually they will be working further and further away and the amount of stamps needed will outnumber the fee they are excepting. I won't work for free for anyone, when I know they (ss, title, banks etc.) are getting paid way more than they are offering me.
Again I want to thank you all for the uplifting advice.

Companies like this are simply very distracting and keeping you from developing better relationships with the stellar companies in this business.
The lowball, slow pay companies will gradually disappear from the radar screen. They are quite simply "gnats", not even "flies" yet.
Way to go...stick to your guns.
