Universal Notary Ca....nonpayment and not answering phones

Closed a loan for Title365 in Maitland Fl thru Universal Notary in mid Feb and have not been paid. They will not respond to emails or phone messages. Contacted title and they will not respond to the title companies phone calls or email either.
