My Feb/Mar were slow, April shaping up rather nicely.

Average January, a good February, great March and April will bea bit better than average. Starting in May, I will be very happy to have "average" months. Refi's have been exhausted. Purchases are picking up. There's a stillness in the air.

I was super busy Jan, Feb, March ended up ok though scary at the beginning as the phone barely rang. Last week I did 1 closing and the phone didn't ring. Freaked me out!! Phone has been ringing a little bit this week. I think I have to agree with whoever said that refi's have been exhausted.

Although, I did read an article somewhere that said a lot of refi apps have come in the last few weeks. Who knows how true that was though.
