I got the same email. I don't deal with companies with less than 4 stars and payment issues. Check Signing Central. And the answer is yes. I'm seeing more and more emails and texts for signings.

Positive for me too. One email I responded to (as the signing location is boon-docks) and was hired at my fee; but then the lender cancelled. I got a very apologetic call from them. Told him I would like to work for them as they have a good reputation...few weeks later I was called for another signing, met my fee, paid in good time. Good to work with.
