Dribs and drabs, SSs I only hear from

a few times a year have saved this month from below to over average closings. I've noticed volume seems to move around the country being good here and bad there only to reverse itself in a month or two. Kind of like fat, you loose a few pounds but someone else you know gains a few. So here's to being busy and skinny.

May be somewhat of a pessimist but I don't feel comfortable accepting signings from SSs I don't work with (or work with often) in this current market.

When you're chasing $$ from the good guys you have to wonder what you'll be having to do with the rest.
