That is sad :-( I have several for this week, a couple

for today. I'm down to a couple of regular clients now, which is fine by me. I am grateful to still be getting calls, because I know many of you are not. I think Harp3 will open things up again, but it all depends on the area you're in.

Had a rescheduled from Fri. scheduled for 9:30am this morning. Didn't happen. Rescheduled again for 1. Didn't happen. Got another call, took it, cancelled 1/2 hr later. Wrong city. So, put my good clothes on 3 different times today. ugh

Got a call this morning about 8:25 from TC for a 5:00 tonight. Absolutely, send it on! Called and confirmed with Mr. that both he and his wife would be available. Notified TC.

3 hours later Mr. calls. Seems his wife is flying in today and she got held up in Denver and won't be in 'til late tonight. Can we schedule for tomorrow at 7 pm? Ok by me but better call your lender as docs are being drawn with today's date. I notify TC via email. Mr. calls back. Spoke to lender. Can we sign tonight about 8-8:30 (not sure as her flight gets in at 7) and will call from the road on the way back from airport. At this point, my calendar's pretty open. I pencil him in for 8:00 as it probably won't sign 'til 8:30. This time, I call TC and advise of latest development and that I'm still waiting for docs. Receive docs 1/2 hour later.

All I can say is ... these borrowers must live life right. What are the chances of an NSA's calendar being free to accommodate in this manner on any other EOM!!!

Had 3 and done by 1pm today,2 of them were scheduled 2 weeks ago. Phone is dead also have 3 for tomorrow maybe get some calls from companies that fund on Saturday.

I only had a Reverse Mortgage application first thing this morning. You know that has nothing to to with EOM. But I was grateful for the work, even though those take hours to sign. I left a message with the borrowers and the called back and said they never asked for an appointment, and don't come over because they were not going to sign anything. I'm getting housework and laundry done.

No calls today, but started out with 3 - first one (dog lady) said she wasn't ready to sign any paperwork, 2nd easy, easy, easy, 3rd cancelled. Done by noon thirty....off to swim with GGD, who is quite a little guppy.
