paid me $90 for a nearby refi, which was ok last month. As of Aug, I've increased the rock-bottom fee to $100, but always ask for more depending upon the rural distance/crummy drive. Schedulers have been mostly responsive to this approach & will tell me how high they are allowed to go, when I tell them the location is hard to get to. the area I cover is quite extensive. But, like as has been said here before, it depends a lot on where you are, what kind of job you do, & the # of competitors.
