I have been in the business since 2004 and this is the first time I have ever had NO closings in a week. Far worse than 2008 for me.

I'm getting a flurry of activity, but I don't want it. From the not-so-exciting payers, or the ones that need to be chased, or don't sign their checks. I figure if we are slow, they are slow which translates to slower payment or iffy payment.

Unfortunately, SS's and TC's don't cut staff until too late to save themselves. JMHO

I LO that I was doing a lot of refi's for told me he has

shifted his focus to purchases. That biz just ended for me. I've been fortunate
enough to still get enough to keep me afloat, and knew that flurry of refi activity earlier this year wasn't going to last.

Often, it is 8-10 per site (Elderly care homes) or

5 per person.
With schools starting, many are school related.
