I had the very same request. Pkg usually 220-300 pgs x 2

for this title company. Agreed on a fee and then was told that fee will never happen again. They are cutting what they pay. Blah Blah. (I'll write more about this company later when I have time.) About an hour after accepting the job for later in the night they call me back and tell me the whole pkg has to be faxed/scanned back WITH NOT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. She said the lender is wanting to get a head start on the docs before the RTC expires. She said, we can't pay you more as our new business model says you have to do all requirements we ask for not additional compensation.

No Way Jose'. When you look at my photo do you see an idiot? Nope. Gave it right back.
