Finally got paid after 60+ days of bugging the crap out of these people. They wanted me to sign up with them, I said no way. So many things put me off about this company. Never Again!

I did signing with Land and Law on May 29th and since then have not been paid. Went through continuous s chorus of we haven't received your w-9 or other docs, all of which were scanned mailed, faxed and sent USPS. On July 25th I was assured my payment was coming ASAP. It's now Monday, Aug. 6 and the mail man just passed by and guess what no check. Anyone who provides services for this organization should beware you may be working for free.

Land and Law update as promised.........

Signing on 5/25 paid on 7/18. Like most here, I had to go through a bunch of BS. Mainly the W9 issue. I received emails from 4 different people asking for it and sent it to 3 of them including the "manager" Louis King. They did pay very well though ($225 cuz borrowers in two different locations) so I'm hesitant to say I wouldn't work for them again. The whole process of trying to get paid was pretty comical. I should post the emails for a good laugh if nothing else.

Good idea to always check "forum comments" as well as rating

If they're listed in SC, those will show up via the link that Harry and co have provided, but I strongly recommend people also do a search here if you don't find them there. That happens to me a lot. However, by listing the company name in the subject line (thank you very much, Roadie_MD! ), these comments can be easily found.

Waiting to get paid on three. One end of May, two mid-June. Sent my W-9 three times. Emailed today and got a copy of forwarded message to accounting. Called and left voice mail for accounting to return call. No call back. Whether or not I finally get paid, I will never accept another order!

Rhonda: you may wish to proofread your message and correct any errors, esp. to your email address.. I think it should read gmail, but not sure you may have misspelled notary. This will make all the difference in whether you get a reply, don't you think?

I never got paid for a job I did for this group. They owe me $160 and I need to see how and who to contact because I never got any reply from the several emails I sent to them. Super mad. :-(
