Mailings

It is so slow. Has anyone had luck doing mailings to hospitals, assisted living homes, jails, etc?

I was just thinking of doing the same myself. Thought I might go up to the local business park and just hand out cards also. Never know!

It can help... but if you're going to spend the money doing that, be sure you target your mailings first. Get names of people and send them a personal note, telling them why you can help THEM or their clients. I've had great success by doing that. If you just randomly send out stuff... it'll get thrown out without a second thought.
