Signing trac

Has anyone had experience with signing Trac. I reviewed the search forum but it did not give me any helpful info . I do not work for lowballers they are willing to pay my fee.

From my understanding, Signing Trac is a software program, not a Signing Service. I have completed signings for Signing Solutions, LLC via Signing Trac. Signing Solutions, LLC has always approved my fee and I am paid in 2 weeks.

Discovered yesterday that TRG only uses SigningTRAC &

Field Choice now for scheduling their signings - except in rare instances. : (

Low stars in SC, but also there is no physical address to contact them. I'm immediately leery of working for a company with no disclosure of their location, and their low fee history. They haven't been in business that long either.

I continue to receive emails from them with a $60 fee, I always ignore, until the other day.
Just for fun I accepted, I have been going back and forth with Chris about fee's all day. 1st, I found out it was a BofA loan (150-200 pages) (more money) 2nd, the docs were never overnighted to the borrower so I would have to print, (more money). 3rd, the borrower changed the time to earlier (interfere with my schedule)...

Chris would not budge on the fee's, said the Max he would pay me is $75.. I tried over and over to explain the reason for my fee of $xxx and he refused and said he would find someone who would sign and print for $60!! Unreal that people are that stupid to accept those fees!! Im glad they are re-assigning the closing..
