Because of awful feedback, I replied to a confirmation from Signing Stream with my standard "I'm sorry I have to decline this closing. Your feedback on Notary Rotary is ...." Then I love it when I get a phone call from a VERY PERSISTENT rep arguing with me to take the job. I refuse to argue, just professionally state that perhaps they'd like to rebuild their reputation with a notary that is starting out and would like to take the risk. After a dozen years at this, I am NOT interested in taking risks. These little signing companies that crop up constantly give me visions of Whack-A-Mole games.
