Is anyone having a slow down for signings?

Yes, major slow down. Keep checking to make sure my phone is on! I constantly market, update my profile, and over the course of time have signed up with over 200 companies. Even so the business has come to a screeching halt for me this year.

I'm thinking I should have gone on vacation this month instead of September. I wouldn't have felt guilty about losing any business-there simply hasn't been any.

I have only had two signings this month. Usually do about 15-20. I guess it's affecting most signers.

Scary situation...reminds me of fall of 2008. Things were pretty good, then the ball dropped to nothing for about 8 months. Hope it's not a repeat. I have 6 closings for the month where I usually am sitting at 13-15, and nothing schelduled. My borrowers all say the same thing, it took them months to get to the closing point, nothing but issues and delays. When the packages do come, usually large, many faxbacks...Hope things swing back around soon for all of us.
