Slow payment

Is anyone else having problems collecting their signing fee(s) from Notary ASAP located in Orange, CA?

I've had no problem with Velvet paying within 30 days. Did you bill according to the policy on your confirmation?

Have worked happily with Velvet since '04. Always pays! Sometimes in 30, others up to 60, but paid she did and no babysitting either!

At this time I do not show any bills due for signings you've done for us over the past few months.

Here is what I have. Check numbers ending in...

914 sent 2 weeks after signing... check has cleared
173 sent 3 weeks after signings... cleared
875 sent 2 weeks after signing... cleared
073 sent 2 1/2 weeks after signings... cleared
486 sent 2 weeks after singing... cleared
677 sent 7 to 8 weeks after signings... sent with today's checks

As mentioned before over the phone, we were having collection issues with the signings included on check # **677. We wanted to give our client a chance and exhaust all collections methods possible before we paid all bills due under those files and wrote them off as a loss. I know its not your problem, but that was the delay for that check.

I do see a bill for a signing you've will be coming due in a couple weeks so expect another check to be sent out soon.
