Still some decent loans in the pipeline

I am happy to report there are still some decent-rate loans in the pipeline. This morning, I'm accommodating 2 separate loans for same TC, different lenders:

1. Conventional refinance of primary residence - 15 year, $231,765, 3%, property in California
and
2. Investment property purchase - 30 year, $88,138, 4.375%, property in South Carolina

Hopefully, more of these better rate loans to come. In this past month, I've seen some refi loans in the high 4% to low 5% range for primary residence.

What did they have before?? 12.0 ?

I might had questioned competency and capacity with that one.

Probably should have paid off with credit card and got some travel miles.

I've been signing some 10 year loans with rates under 3%

The borrowers are all affluent and the LTV has been 70% or less.

I have a Quicken Tuesday - 3.99% 13 year low principal n/m
